OttersDesigns provides custom graphic design services for game server communities, including but not limited to FiveM, Rust, and Minecraft servers - logos, banners, and related branding work, as described on individual product pages.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you are under the age required to do so where you live, please have a parent or guardian place the order on your behalf.
Placing an order requires signing in with your Discord account. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure - we are not responsible for orders placed by someone else who has access to your Discord account.
Orders are paid in full at checkout via PayPal. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and are correct at the time of ordering.
Once an order is paid in full and the final design delivered, ownership of that specific final design transfers to you for use in connection with your server or community, except where a service page states otherwise. Until final payment and delivery, all draft work, concepts, and files remain the property of OttersDesigns.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our Portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before your order is completed.
You confirm that any reference material, text, or images you upload as part of an order are either your own, used with permission, or otherwise legally usable, and that providing them to us for use in your design does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for the content of anything you ask us to incorporate.
You agree not to use this site or its services to request or receive designs that are illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringe someone else's intellectual property or trademark rights. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that violates this, with a refund handled per the Order & Refund Policy.

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any limits stated at the time (e.g. one use per customer, expiry dates) and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice, without affecting orders already placed.
We provide design services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of a delivered design (for example, how your community responds to new branding). Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Reviews may only be submitted by customers with a verified, completed order, and are subject to approval before appearing publicly. We reserve the right to decline or remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or unrelated to the service provided.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
